- Interview–we’ll delve into your unique situation where we can get an understanding of the whole you and to see if we would be a good fit to work together.
- 1st strategy session we create a plan that works with your schedule, situation, unique body, emotional patterns, and outline week by week how to hit your goals.
- Coaching Sessions: we meet twice per month where we’ll chat, laugh and maybe even cry, to help you overcome the Debbie downers that keep you from moving forward. These sessions are incredibly powerful as you shed the stuff that holds you back and step into the new balanced and empowered you.
- Content and info packages in the form of ebooks, pdfs, and recordings, to keep you learning and thriving outside of your sessions.

Natalie Dick is a Holistic Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, Leadership Mentor + Educator with doTERRA Essential Oils. She has helped hundreds of people regain their personal power & purpose through natural holistic living. From natural fertility, digestive issues, to hormonal imbalances, Natalie guides those to bring their body, mind, and spirit back into it’s natural state of balance and alignment with life. She believes wholeheartedly that when a person is connected to their true sense of purpose, they create a ripple effect that will change the world. Natalie leads a team of glow-getters who are part of a movement for hope, healing, growth + purpose. She welcomes those who are hungry for change, inspired by the unconventional, and ready to step into their power and live in a beautiful state.Natalie Dick
Janelle is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a Holistic Health Mentor, and a student of mindfulness and yoga. From attaining better focus and clarity, to digestive issues, stressand sleep challenges, to allergies and depression, she empowers her clients and provides ongoing support and guidance as they set goals and make sustainable, long-term lifestyle changes thatimprove their health and happiness. She lives a well-rounded holistic lifestyle and her varied interests include cooking, neuroscience, photography, fitness, architecture, archeology, spirituality, psychology, and the outdoors amongst other things. Along with a diverse career path (she’s also a certified Interior Designer) her various interests have given her the advantage of possessing an unconventional combination of skills and strengths. Janelle has a gift for connecting with peopleand inspires hr clients to live a fully creative and meaningful life.Janelle Allard
Eoin Craigie is an Athlete, Running Coach, Personal Trainer, Wim Hof Method advocate and has a passion for living a healthy, authentic life. He trains and compete for endurance events from 5 KM to 100 mile to 24 Hour races. He competes year round in all-weather types, from the frigid Montreal winters to the extreme heat of South Africa and the Florida Everglades. To maintain a work/life balance he practises the Wim Hof Method and includes breathing exercises, mediation, and cold exposure in his daily practise. Eoin has battled personal health issues through the years and through the healing process has become an expert in identifying and treating hormonal, digestive and gut flora imbalances using natural methods. Eoin’s mission is to live a healthy, authentic life and show others we are all capable of more than we believe. He’ll show you the way to perform optimally and push the boundaries of what you think is impossible.Eoin Craigie
